Venue 845 is the perfect canvas for you to design and customize for a unique guest experience at your business event, Sweet 16, quinceanera, baby or bridal shower, or birthday party for adults. The highly adaptable space is modern and stylish, offering the perfect ambiance for formal events or casual parties serving a maximum of 75 guests. Two spacious rooms and a loft are perfect for your next gathering. With on-site parking for 18 and a location that is near major forms of transportation in the NY metropolitan area, Venue 845 offers ease of travel and convenience for guests. The space is equipped with multiple, large plasma TVs as well as Wii, PlayStation4, and Xbox game systems, and lighting and sound systems can accommodate live entertainment of all kinds.

Although you have the freedom to plan all of the aspects of your event on your own or with an event designer, Venue 845 will provide an on-site staff member for assistance with serving and clean up.

Usage of Venue 845 for 5 hours is $1,750 and includes 3 hours of guest time, 1 hour for set up, and 1 hour for clean up for up to 50 guests.

Customers must purchase temporary event insurance to include a “waiver of subrogation” on the policy. Policies range from $100-$200 and must name Venue 845, LLC and 845 Newark Avenue, LLC as additional insureds.
